Is my shipping quote based on weight or cubic feet?

Your quote if cargo is intended for ocean freight is based on volume. If you decide the mode of transportation is air it will be based on weight or volume, whichever is greater.

Is there an additional charge to survey my items that is in need of expert packing and loading?

Depending on where you reside, you can receive a free-at-home survey visit from our dedicated staff to further offer tips, suggestions and guidance on how best to pack and load your cargo.

Will I be dealing with one local point of contact while shipment is in transit to the final destination?

Aside from our agents all over the globe, you can be rest assured that U.S. National Lines, Inc., will available for your every need during the entire duration of your cargo\'s trip.

How do my track my overseas shipment from beginning to end?

Using our online tracking tab, you can track the vessel carrying your container/cargo.
